Product introduction
The JKY/JKB/JKR series are advanced twin-stage vacuum extruder which draw lessons from the developed domestic,abroad experiences and design to make.They are mainly made of high quality steel with features of reasonable structure, sturdy and durability. And they have strong applicability, high efficiency, easy maintenance but lower energy consumption. The machine's axles, gear and other important spare parts extend the service life which are made by carbon steel and alloy steel through modulation or quench's heat treatment procession. The dialing mud plate's transfer and material level control are fixed with protecting device which improves the plant efficiency of breakdown maintenance. And it also makes sure that it can't easily damage the main spare parts during usage. The reamer adopt the floating shaft structure which can eliminate and reduce the machine's shaking and rocking times because of curve in principal axle after long time usage. The blades of the reamer adopt the wear-resistant metallic material coating technology which makes its life four times to seven times longer than the common reamer. The lead has the function of slight pressure delivery and high pressure extrusion which make the machine save energy from fifteen percent to thirty percent. They are applicable for the production of high-rate hollow bricks with the materials of coal gangue, shale, high-volume fly-ash, urban construction waste, gangue waste, inferior soil.
The JKB(SJ)/JKR(SJ) series vacuum extruder's main part is welded with extra fine steel. The double grade both are droved by one motor which have features of contact structure, high pressure extrusion, high vacuum, sturdy and durability and easy maintenance but lower energy consumption.
They are the perfect equipments for medium size brickfield and small size brickfield Because of only with small investment. They are applicable for all kinds of solid bricks, bearing cork bricks and high-rate hollow bricks with the materials of coal gangue, shale, high-volume fly-ash, urban construction waste, gangue waste, inferior soil.
It makes use of traversing guide distributing device. And the feeding-drawer distributes the material quickly and homogeneously. The molding box with vertical orientation vibratory pressing system can produce bricks in very short molding cycle and high efficiency. The bricks it produced have the tight texture, high strength, accurate size and beautiful shape.
The machine has adopted the advanced valve manifold system which can automatically adjust the excessive oil, transmitting exactly, moving smoothly.The cooling plant and heating plant for oil adapted to different temperature for producing.
Electrical system adopts the programmable controller bus(PLC)to control the production of blocks automatically. It comes close to self align switch-off and displays the power turn-on and turn-off automatically. The system installs a data device out of machine from which we can easily make and alter the time of feeding and distributing,and the numbers of vibration in accordance with material's texture.The block machine can achieve manually operation and automatically operation respectively, interlocking all parts, preventing malfunction and moving safely and reliably.
Multi-purpose, it can produce blocks of load-bearing and the blocks of non-load-bearing. By the change of the mold, it can produce many blocks of internal wall, blocks of external wall, blocks of dike dam, pavements and roadside stone.
The CJM has the features of compact structure, stable performance, high reliability,easy operation and maintenance. The machine took small area, low investment but quick returns and good economic returns. Thus, it is applicable to large, medium and small towns' enterprises of building material.
