Ethylene Tetra Fluoro Ethylene(ETFE) Ethylene Tetra Fluoro Ethylene (ETFE) is a new type of fluorocarbon thermoplastic resin, which is the F40 resin copolymerized by ethylene and tetrafluoroethylene in a certain proportion, mainly used in anti-corrosion lining. The material has a corrosion resistance of PTFE and strong adhesion to metal, which has overcome the defect of non-adhesive to metal of PTFE. In addition, its average linear expansion coefficient is close to that of carbon steel, so it makes ETFE become the ideal composite materials for metals. It has a good characteristic of resistance to negative pressure. Long-term using temperature is -60 ~ 180 ℃. Ethylene Tetra Fluoro Ethylene (ETFE) is easy to process by usual molding, extrusion, injection molding, painting and other processing methods. Pumps, valves, pipes, sheet lining, filler, film, fiber, wire insulation and other sheathing, especially ETFE membrane material, are gradually playing a significant role in all walks of life. Attention: 1. Packed in double layer PE bags, and then packed in carton case. Net weight: 25kg per drum. 2. Stored in clean and dry places, avoid contamination from dust and moisture during storage and transportation. Strong shock, exposure to sunshine, moisture and breakage of packages should be avoided. In order to guarantee the cleanness and quality of the product, it is forbidden to touch by hand. 3. Avoid processing and using this product above the temperature of 370℃ to prevent producing toxic gases after dispersion.
