This product is manufactured under hot-press based special sintering methods. These products have much better performances in flexural strength, impact resistance, high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance. Dimensions: Customized Advantages: 1, Excellent in hardness. The hardness is HRA93-94. Suitable in tool finishing for hardened steel or iron which hardness reaches HRC65. 2, Suitable for processing with super impact e.g. milling, planing, or continuous cutting etc. 3, Si3N4 cutting tool has very low friction force to metals. Hardly the stains of metal will remain on the cutting tool. It ensures the surface smoothness of the product processed. 4, Si3N4 cutting tool has much longer service life than conventional tool to dozens times. 5, Excellent resistance to high temperature. It can continuously work under a high temperature of 1200C. It ensures Si3N4 cutting tool working at very high speed and efficiency.
