In the cold environment, the regular heating up of engine and passenger compartment is using hot water of the engine water tank or using fuel heater, electrical heater or other outsource heating measures. If using hot water, the solution is not reasonable when the vehicle startups and under the condition that less heat is lost due to the engine has good performance. If using electrical heater, it needs to consume the tight supplied electrical power as the vehicle is cooling startup. Fuel heater supplies sufficient heat through burning atomized fuel so that to improve the startup performance and the comfortable passenger compartment.
