Huangyan Xingtai Plastic Mould Co.,Ltd.(Zhejiang Xingtai Automotive Trim Co.,Ltd.)was founded in 1999,locates in Huangyan Town which is famous for China Mold Town.Xingtai specializes in the design and manufacturing of plastic moulds and parts.Its products are widely used in Automotive Decorations Industry,including interior parts and exterior parts.With its modern manufacturing facility located in Huangyan Beicheng Economic Developing Zone,the company has an area of 12,000 m2 constructed on land of 16,000 m2.The company boasts an asset of 70,000,000 Yuan,with an annual production value about a hundred million yuan.Currently,the company has a team of approximately 250 employees,including approximately 70 technicians and management staffs.By introducing advanced computers and design software CAD/CAE/CAM,Xingtai is capable of various medium and large projects for mould design and manufaturing;Meanwhile,Xingtai introduced more than 30 units of advanced production equipments from home and abroad.Current annual production capacity are more than 200 sets of large and medium sized moulds and 20,000 sets of plastic parts.Xingtai has adopted ERP system and has been granted ISO9001 certificate.All these efforts,while acknowledged by customers,have also brought great improvement to the product quality and service.Our customers in local automotive industry are as follows??Auto factory: FAW, FAW-Volkswagen, FAW Car, Shanghai VW, Shanghai GM, Beijing Benz, Ford and Suzuki etc; Automotive fittings suppliers: Yanfeng Visteon, Faurecia, JCI and Huaxiang etc. Overseas marketing including TOYOTA, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, General Motors, BMW and Audi etc. And our products are being acknowledged by our customers from home and abroad.
