Hydraulic system
1.Using the hydraulic system of double pumps,double returns open circuitthe main oil conveying route and vavle S route are independent. Simpler system,longer component life, higher reliability, and easier fault-judging and exclusion.
2.The oil-conveying route adpots the control of external vavle guide,which avoids the strike of reversing.It makes the reversing more reliable and steadily.
3. Pumping hydraulic system has security overflow protection, at the same time, when system is over pressure, oil pump pressure automatically cuts off the interception device to make the main pump obtain more reliable protection.
4.Swinging oil-way adopts constant pressure pump to supply oil.It has great swinging strength and energy-saving function.
5.All pipe routes should use taper sealing or rectangle sealing, and pipe joint sealing should be reliable.
