Xiamen WeRun Technology Corporation lying in Xiamen Pioneering Park for Overseas Chinese Scholars, specializes in developing, producing & selling the series of the backlight sources (back light modules) and light guide plates. The company was established in 2003 and invested by the cheif shareholder, British PLORIEDTAL CO.,LTD, who involves in the field of accurate mould development & manufacturing industry, plastic make processing industry, electron industry, defend bath manufacturing industry and electroplating industry.
As early as 2000, THIKHUN INDUSTRIAL, also invested by PLORIEDTAL CO.LTD in Xiamen, had already launched mold design and manufacture on "one-shot moulding PMMA light guide plate", research and development on plastic injection molding manufacture technology also carrying on. Meanwhile, it had imported 19 specialized PMMA plastic moulding machines and accurate mould steel material from Japan & Taiwan, and invested nearly RMB3 800 000 for further research, and achieved the success of the one-shot moulding light guide plate with high level.
As we know, light guide plate, which is the key point of the backlight module with high quality, is just the focus in the backlight manufacturers' competition. That is just the most important preponderance of us, as we have the most powerful and authoritative light guide supplier behind us. With the leading technology, THIKHUN INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION had been offering light guide plates to the famous cell phone and backlight manufacturers since 2000. Some of products had reached the top level of global technology.
The founders of WeRun Tech with rich experience have been kept secular cooperation with the experts of TsingHua University and Xiamen University, so that we can get the top technology into our research and manufacture from these two universities directly. The next step, we have already planned to establish research and development center in these two universities in order to improve research jobs better and more rapidly.
At present, WeRun Technology's products mainly involve the field of one-shot moulding PMMA manufacture and optical accessories. And we provide backlight sources (backlight modules) and light guide plates with high quality in the various kinds of display systems used in the electronic products such as cell phones, LCD displays, PDAs, car-mounted displays, other consumer electronics, etc..
