Polyester steel-like brown wire is the newest rubber reinforced material researched and developed by Weihai Tianchenghualun Special Belt Core Co., Ltd, (The patent No. is ZL0010179.X). The traditional rubber framework material are polyester cord,hard laid wire rope,aramid fiber and other fiber rope structures however polyester steel brown wire is an overall solid core structure, with no requirement of twisting, which fully reflects the physical characteristic of fatigue resistance of polyester materials and solves the traditional problem of unequal length in fiber structure, the product has the advantages of a uniform load, no looseness, no stretching, flex resistance, good adhesion, high strength and so on . It greatly improves and balanced the service life of rubber products and maintenance free, so that enterprises can replace the products regularly.
Polyester steel-like brown wire rubber framework material has passed the appraisal sponsored by identification commission on November 22, 2010 in Beijing.
