Since the establishment of Jan.2000, Suzhou Pioneer Vehicle Co., Ltd have becoming a professional manufacturer in processing of hardware, design and production of Mechanical fitting. Our company strategy is to win by thinking for customers, offering qualified products and best services. Our main products include stainless steel filters, which are widely used in sanitary filters to filter impurities, and logistic trolley, Bicycle parking rack, and various kinds of stamping parts. 80% of our products are exported to Japan, America, Denmark, France and other European countries. Our current customers include TOTO, Panasonic, Matsushita, S&C and Berg. We have professional expertise to design as per drawings from customers and produce different kinds of racks according to special specifications of customers.
Pioneer Vehicle company is consistently developing new products and at the same time, we are always focusing on improvement of management. We have high quality Technical Investigator, high responsible Quality -control staff and Sales Rep. In order to run efficiently and effectively, we have small meetings everyday in the morning for the heads of each office to assign main tasks.
We have 30 sets of punching machines of various tons, 5 sets of semi and full automatic spot welding machines, 2 sets of gear rolling machines, 10 sets of electric tube cutters, tube bending machines and arc punching machines, and more than 20 sets of various types of welding machines. We have testing devices such as universal testing machines and projectors. We have passed Quality Standard: ISO 9001:2000 in 2008. We are a membership enterprise of Chamber of commerce in Wuzhong District.
