Gear wheel reducer is connected straightly with the main electrical motor, high efficiency and long life. This solves the low efficiency problem of turbine speed reducer with moving strap and put an end to the hidden trouble that the swaying needle wheel reducer can’t resist shocking and can’t start with high frequency. This can reduce the energy consumption of the whole equipment and decrease the maintenance cost. 5. The dynamotor type weft detector is sensitive and reliable and cannot be influenced by dusts. It can stop automatically when weft ends. The yield of product is high. 6. The cam is lubricated circularly by force, this can promote the efficiency of the machine. It has oil route jam alarming device, avoiding abnormal wearing and tearing of the parts. 7. Turbine speed reducer for cloth rolling adopts flexible connections. This can prolong the life of the speed reducer. 8. The structure of device is reasonable, simple and reliable. It is reliable to operate. The quick-wear parts are few. The maintenance is convenient. The revolving cost is low. 9. The electrical system is controlled by PLC.
