Malachite Green Colloidal Gold Residue Rapid Test Card applies the principle of Competition and Restraint Immunity Chromatography. After the sample solution drop in the sample hole, the malachite green will combine the specific monoclonal antibody with colloidal gold mark when it is moving, which will restrain the combination of the antibody and malachite green-BSA coupling agent in the inspection paper. If the malachite green is more than the test threshold: 5ng/ml, the T-line will not show color, so it is positive. Whereas the T-line shows RED color, so it is negative. Store at room temperature (4-30℃), sealing,drying condition without light..The shelf life is 6 months.
