PRODUCT OVERVIEW The Quinolone Residue Rapid Test Device is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative detection of Quinolone milk samples (the original milk). It only takes approx. 5min. QuinoloneDrugs Residue Rapid Test Device (40 pieces), PBST buffer only for QNs, pH 7.4 (one vial per kit).The Detection Limit(LOD) of the seven kinds of Quinolones are refered in Tab 1. It’s suited for various kinds of enterprises and insepection institutions. PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS （1）SPECIFICITY No cross-reaction with Chloramphenicol, Streptomycin, Sulfasulfonamides,or Tetracyclines. （2）PRECISION A multi-center test evaluation is conducted between the Quinolone Residue Rapid Test Device and HPLC. 543 specimens are tested, including 197 negative and 346 positive. 98% of the Streptomycin Residue Rapid Test Device is effective when comparing to HPLC.
