Detailed Description

Application: It consists of copper or aluminum conductor, inner shielding layer, weather-proof insulation material and outer shielding layer. It has not only power-transmitting character of power cable, but strong mechanical character of aerial cable as well. In comparison with bare wire, it boasts many advantages such as small span in laying the initiative to choose to use. Standard: GB12527-90 1kv Aerial insulation cable (Equivalent to IEC502、IEC227 Standard); GB14049-93 10kv Aerial insulation cable Voltage Rating: 1kv、10kv Temperature: 1) The tallest temperature of the cable conductor: XLPE insulated cable: 90℃; HDPE insulated cable: 75℃. 2) During having a short(lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature: XLPE insulated cable: 250℃; HDPE insulated cable: 150℃. Minimum Bending Radius: 1). 1kv aerial insulation power cable It should be no less than 4D for the cable with outer diameter less than 25 mm; It should be no less than 6D for the cable with outer diameter of 25 mm or more. 2). 10kv aerial insulation power cable Single core cable: 20(D+d) ±5%mm; Multi-core cable: 15(D+d) ±5%mm; Remarks: D---Actual cable outer diameter; d----Actual conductor outer diameter.
