Qingdao Pengyuan Natural Pigment Research Institute founded in 1996, with a registered capital of 560 million yuan, is a high-tech enterprise developing, producing, and marketing natural pigments. The institute has independent import-export right and has registered in FDA of America in 2002 and passed ISO9001:2000 quality system certification as well as kosher certification. Besides, it has been classified into high-tech enterprises by Science and Technology Office of Qingdao in 2002.
Decades of the institute’s great efforts has laid a solid foundation for its further development. Due to The first-class research facilities, our company has the ability to develop new products which are of high quality; in addition, the institute possesses considerable technical force, first-class production equipment and checking instrument, so as to make sure of strict control over each link of producing procedure, from raw material to finished products.
Currently, the institute has developed several purely natural food colorants. To be specific, our main products are Cabbage Red Color, Purple Sweet Potato Red Color, Radish Red Color, Grape Skin Color, Perilla Color, Rosmarinic Acid, Gardenia Blue/Green/Yellow, Water-Soluble Chlorophyll, and Water-Soluble Curcumin. Our annual production capacity reaches over 100 tons. Most export products are mainly sold to Japan, Europe, the US and other countries.
