The high-humidity material rotary dryer is a drying equipment of low fuel consumption, and high efficiency. The set of equipment consists of roller crush dryer, burner, feed screw, discharge screw, running piping, deduster, air seal machinery, draught fan, and control cabinet.
High-humidity material rotary dryer features:
This equipment adopts fair current drying craft, and is suitable for the quick drying of super wet material needed saving nutrient, such as handling the fresh chicken manure. It can realize the drying, sterilization, deodorization and nutrient keeping a time. There is no split installation of high rotating speed in the roller which enlarge the contact area of material and drying medium. The uniform design in the equipment keeps the material away from the board and the shell. The complete machine is heat preservation and the sealing is super good, with the heat efficiency much higher than the shallow roller mono adjusting machine.
The high-humidity material rotary dryer is of compact structure and is easy to install and debugging with small floor space. The roller and the crushing device adopt stepless speed regulation and are fit for the drying requirement of different materials. It can be used with heat source of different fuels (such as coal, heavy oil, and natural gas).

This high-humidity material rotary dryer is suitable for drying grain materials of high moisture, and strong stickness, such as bear’s grain, starch grain, rice bran grain, and various residue material of super wet like bean dregs, sugar dregs, fruit residues, soya residue, excrement, and mud grass carbon.
The high-humidity material rotary dryer working principle:
The super-wet material is sent into the roller crushing dryer directly by feed screw, lifted and thrown down repeatedly by the flitch plate on the inner wall of the roller. After crushed by the crushing device, the material is fully contacted with the negative pressure high temperature medium, and the heat transfer & mass transfer process are finished. Due to the function of the roller’s dip angle and air draft, the material moves slowly from the feeding end and is discharged from the discharge screw after being dried, the tail gas is injected into the air after dust removal by the deduster.
