Guangzhou JST seals technology Co.,Ltd was built in 1995, professional handing the development, manufacture and sell of rubber and plastic seals. The company passed ISO9001: 2008 quality control system. We totally adopted software ERP in progressing management. The company has industrial production licence of O shape seal and whirling shape seal which was provisioned by our government. At present, it totally takes up 5 thousand square meters area, total property is about 8 million. There are more than 200 staffs, about 600 clients from all over the world and 20 million around output value per year. JST company has advanced manufacture equipment such as: shaping machine, vacuum oil seal prune machine, extraction moist to dry machine, CNC lathe, high temperature burn oven and all kinds of advanced detect instrument, for example: Multi-Function rubber rheometer, machine for testing elasticity, abrasion wear test machine, tensile testing machine, microscope, specific gravity balance, projector etc.
JST has advanced technical power and couples with professional research college for long-term. From start to finish we keep continual relations and establish favorable base for the exchange of technology, the recommend of talented person, the development of seal, the delivery of information.
The main products of the company are hydraulic seals, cylinder seals, door seals EOG seals and kinds of rubber products. Separately has:
1. hydraulic seals made from foreign PU
2. hydraulic seals made from PTFE, such as square shape confine for eyelet use(GTP series), ladder pen for axis use(STR series), rotation square for axis use, rotation square for eyelet use, shape confine for axis use, guide ring and stop collar etc
3. hydraulic seals made from rubber, such as all kinds of piston seals and rod seals
4. rotatory seals made from rubber, such as water seals and head oil seal etc
5. normal seals such as O ring, X ring and plain washer assemblies etc
6. back-up ring, guide ring, stop collar and stop collar made from PF, PA, POM or PTFE
Import seal made in China also is one characteristic in JST company. In fact, the product from JST can use in whatever situation which needs to be sealed! The product from JST is widely used in many places. For example:
1. engineering machinery such as load machine, bulldozer, fork machine and excavator etc.
2. pressure machinery such as plastic injection moulder, make-up machine, die-casting machine, metal forming machine, pump and valve etc.
3. frame machinery such as motor sweeper, dust cart and road roller etc
4. men-made panel machinery, electronic, metallurgical, hydropower station and shipping etc
Now our main clients include XCMG, FONGS, BAOSTEEL, SANY, ZOOMLION, XIAGONG and so on.
