PVC low voltage power cable PVC low voltage power cable is used for laying in electric power transmission netting or industrial installation. Standard: IEC 60502 Part1 Conductor: Soft annealed stranded copper wires concentrically stranded in successive layers, in opposite direction, to form the stranded conductor. Insulation: The conductor is insulated with a layer of extruded PVC compound 70°C or 85°C Assembling: Two or more cores are laid up with suitable lay, to form the assembled cable Sheathing: Over assembled cable is applied an outer protecting layer of extruded PVC compound. Voltage rating: 600/1000 V Operating temperature: 70°C or 85°C continuous normal operation Application: For outdoor and indoor installations in damp and wet locations, laid direct in the ground (when well protected), in ducts, in trenches and in steel support brackets. Remark: the cable can be of flame retardance, fire resistance and other enhanced features
