Potato residues dryer process technology:
The potato residues go into the inner layer by feeding device to realize the fair current drying. Materials are continuously raised and dropped by the inner layer shoveling plate and move like a spiral to exchange heat. Materials move to the other end of the inner layer then enter into the middle layer to countercurrent drying and repeatedly be lifted, moving in a way of two steps forward one step backward. Materials in middle layer absorb the heat emitted by inner roller and middle layer, and the drying time is prolonged. The materials are best dried there. The materials drop out from the other end of middle layer and into the outer layer. The materials move in a rectangle multiloop way in the outer layer roller, the dried material moves fast by the hot air and discharges from the roller while the undried material can’t move fast due to its gravity so it can be fully dried in the rectangle shoveling plate and be dried finally.
The potato residue dryer mechanic structure and working principle:
The potato residue dryer consists of heat resource, feed machine, rotary drum, discharger, draft fan, unloading machine, and switch board. The dehydrated wet potato residues go into the dryer and are turned by the evenly distributed shoveling plate. So they homo-disperse and fully get in touch with the hot air, pacing the heat transmission and mass transfer. The materials are sent to the star like discharging valve and output the finished drying products by the slant shoveling plate and the thermal medium.
