Soya residue dryer mechanic structure and working principle: The soya residue dryer consists of heat resource, feed machine, rotary drum, discharger, draft fan, unloading machine, and switch board. The dehydrated wet soya residues go into the dryer and are turned by the evenly distributed shoveling plate. So they homo-disperse and fully get in touch with the hot air, pacing the heat transmission and mass transfer. The materials are sent to the star like discharging valve and output the finished drying products by the slant shoveling plate and the thermal medium. The soya residue dryer features: 1. The dryer is of high mechanization, strong production capacity and continuous running. 2. It is of fine and simple structure, stable running by shell resistance, and convenient operation. 3. It is of little malfunction, low maintenance and low power consumption. 4. The uniformity of the drying product is good. 5. Soya residue dryer production line adopts the special breaking device to ensure the good drying effect. 6. It adopts new and unique sealing devices and fine heat insulation system which lower the coal consumption of the drying system. 7. The sealing property is perfect and so with the dust collection system. No dust overflow, the operation environment is good. 8.
