Advantages Six CNC axes(Left/Right, Front/Rear, Up/Down, Rotation, Torch-Twisting,Torch-lifting) perform cutting pipe profile And also perform successive cutting by program, that is to connect many cutting conditions into one program so as to successively perform complex cutting ptocess for body-pipe, branch-pipe, ect. Self-centering chunk for antomatic clamping pipe,on any manual clamping. Pipe upper-surface touch-sensor and side-surface touch-sensor for decting the pipe deflection such as roundness and straightness at cutting position, and automatic adjust torch according to pipe condtions for getting a good cutting precision. Independent torch-lifting axes can make compensation for torch position, which ensure the relative position between torch and pipe for improving cutting quality. Adjustable support—rollers can by up or down by screw, which make operation simple and reliable. Date input by touch screen.Only input the parameters about cutting speed, every axial speed can be antomatically adjusted without any manual operation.The machine has origin-repositioning and safe-detecting functions.If any abnormality, control system will be automatically locked and give some prompts for avoiding wrong operation. Max. 99 cuttings can be recorded.
