The predecessor of Xiamen Yama Ribbons & Bows Co., Ltd is PuTian Yamei Ribbons & Bows Co., Ltd . It is affiliated with Hongkong Yama International Investment Organization and is a wholly-owned company. In February 2005, the factory was moved from Putian to Northern Industrial District of Jimei, Xiamen, its registered capital reaches HK$60,000,000. The total area of the factory is about 25,000 square meters, within which plants cover 34,000 square meters and offices cover 1500 square meters. Its staff totals 1,500. Yama has a series of advanced, high-tech equipment. Currently it has more than 1,000 high-speed looms, 18 high-temperature dyeing machines, 4 normal-temperature dyeing machines ,13 high-speed yarn warping machines, 20 printed machines and 100 other machines. We specialize in making high-quality polyester ribbon,grosgrain, printed label, nylon ribbons, laces, velvet, printed ribbon and a wide assortment of handmade ornaments (including ribbon bows, rose, packing bows, etc). We can produce 5,000,000 yards of all kinds of ribbons and 800,000 pieces of bows every day. Our products are exported to more than 100 countries and districts, and we have become the biggest manufacturer in the ribbon & bows industry in Mainland China, and even in the world. In recent years , with our diligence, joint effort and the spirit of pursuing excellence, we create extraordinary products, perfect service system, and outstanding economic and social benefits.
★ Production Capacity
It has been two years since May, 2003 when the first item of Yama ribbon was produced. Within the two years, we have managed to become the world's largest ribbon manufacturer. Our high-speed looms increased from zero to more than 1000, which was recognized as a miracle in the ribbon industry. Now our company has five departments –weaving department, dyeing department, printing department, label printing department, ribbon trimmings department. Their daily production capacity is as follows:

organza: 200,000 yards / day
single-face velvet ,double-face velvet, elastic velvet and other kinds of velvet: 200,000 yards/ day

★ Quality Control
Quality is the pride of Yama. During the rapid development of our company, the quality of our products continually improves as our production scale is expanding stably . We put much emphasis on implementing the strategy of "quality, service and brand" in our second stage of development, among which quality is the most important. From the first day when our company was established, we have indoctrinated the quality-consciousness to our staff and our pursuit for perfect quality has become a model of ribbon industry. To make sure that our quality is perfect, we have established an internationalized quality control system and set up an independent department to control the quality. From raw materials to the finished products, the whole process is strictly controlled. “To become the best” is the concept of our management. Our polyester ribbon has bright color, fine texture with high fastness to wet and dry rubbing. It meets all the criteria of environment protection in Europe, America and Japan etc, and passes the inspection of Swiss Oeko-Tex standard 100 every year. All these procedures ensure that the quality of our products remain perfect to meet the demanding requirements of all customers.

Our exceedingly large warehouse for finished products is over 7500 square meters, and the total stock volume of polyester ribbons is between 250 million and 300million yards. It has become the standard swatch card internationally. We are now striving to be a specialized manufacturer of polyester and grosgrain ribbons with the largest variety of colors and sizes, the best quality and service, the largest inventory and the quickest delivery.

Price : We have achieved scale economy in the production of polyester ribbons. Our increased output has led to considerable reduction in cost, thus we can offer the most competitive price for products of the same quality.
Delivery : our large inventory, dramatic production capacity and efficient management all will ensure quick delivery. Our normal delivery schedule is: polyester ribbons (our colors) 0-5 days; samples for customized colors 1-4 day; bulk production: 3-10 days.
