"Resultant lockset" for exhibition to connect the aluminum profiles(cold rolled three card lock), currently, is the best joint lock in the world! The characteristics and structures of "resultant lockset" are as follows:
First, one lock is just made of locking shell, the reeds, spring, eccentric wheel.
Second, the process of the lock is advanced; the structure is reliable and firm; the force bearing is large; the life of reuse is long.
Third, the lock (shell, bottom) is made by lengzha steel in high grade processing molding and mining; it uses the special new "environmental protection" electroplating process. And therefore rust corrosion of the lock is solved.
Fourth, the extension of reed quality is strong; the tensile strength is high; the performance is stable. The hardness of the reeds after quenching process is between 43 degrees and 45 degrees, so it can avoid the damage of the supporting excellent aluminum type because of the over hardness of the reeds.
Fifth, the press and reset of the eccentric wheel are flexible; lock piecing into aluminum lock chamber is relaxed; the eccentric wheels operation to the lock hole in the aluminum lock lumen can pop up smoothly.
Sixth, the reeds (three card lock) are loose; opening strove is smooth; stopping bits torque is little; the opening distance is 9mm-11mm, and without the natural phenomenon of slide. So they can promise that the aluminum conjunction is reliable and firm.
Seventh, there are several categories of this product such as straight lock, high lock, 45 degrees inclined locks, arc locks, etc. And according to the customers’ needs, we can produce and process various specifications of locks.
Eighth, packing specifications: 500 locks per box (10*50);free distribution of one L single wrench and one L double heads wrench in each box.
Ninth, the main sizes of aluminum type with " Force" locks (flat aluminum):
(1) flat aluminum lock size; (diameter) 13mm
(2) flat aluminum lock center to flat aluminum (SuoTou direction) distance must be
46.1 mm, tolerance of plus or minus 0.1 mm.
