Brief Introduction: The OUM—Intelligent III Near-Infrared reflected water balance/energy saving product is the non- touching instrument that can be used in on-line continuous detecting the moisture-content of the material. On the basis of the principle of Near-Infrared absorption, the instrument adopts the multiband of near-infrared measurement: the modulated Near-Infrared light from the receiving process part shines to the measured object which reflected the infrared light return to receiving process part and the photoconverter transforms the optical signal to electrical signal which through the microcomputer data processing, the result can be displayed by monitor. The measured object can be mealiness, graininess, threadiness or schistose. Therefore, the instrument can be widely used in industry of paper, tobacco, pharmacy, printing and dyeing, building materials and so on. Main Features: 1.No-environment Affection Adopting the special signal and electrical signal processing, the instrument is not affected by ambient temperature and relative humidity and the multiband measurement conquers the defects of being inaccuracy. 2.Quality Guarantee All components of the instrument are selected through the strict ageing treatment and other optical elements are also life long adjustment-free. the instrument,with the function of fault self-diagnosing and the automatic adjustment that can be ensured to work long-time stablely with low cost. The instrument sonde is made by cast aluminium with excellent sealing performance which can also work under terrible production site. 3.the instrument can be a detection system It is an intelligent instrument that provides the accurate measuring signal .The instrument can be an independent detecting system and its sonde also can be a fundamental detecting system which has the standard RS485 digital interface and standard 4~20mA current output interface. The detecting system can display the water-cotent changement of measuring point which outputted by the sonde detecting system onto the monitor and store or print this data as well.This kind of composite structure provides the flexible solutions and the low cost plan for customer .
