REVO is a Car Chip-Turning, specially designed for all kinds of modern cars. Nowadays almost all the manufactures of cars are international groups or enterprises, they have sold their cars to world-widely. Due to the obvious differences of fuel quality, temperature, air pressure, humidity, emission regulations and so on in different countries and areas, the manufacturer must develop his vehicles for a world wide market and must take into account the above different circumstances.
Since enough memory space has been reserved in ECU(Electronic Control Unit), so we can make a chip-turning based on car ECU, because the ECU contains the software that controls the fuel delivery and ignition timing. Chip-Tuning can optimize or rewrite these programs in the computer, and this changes the fuel delivery maps and boost pressure of the turbocharger.
REVO has widely developed a set of applications for most modern cars, including Non turbos, Turbos and Turbo diesels. As a result, it makes engine run more efficiently, likewise REVO has increased horsepower and torque figures. Most Chip-Turned cars will achieve up to a 20 to30 % increase in horsepower and a remarkably stronger torque, even some are higher than 30%. After chip-turning in cars, the acceleration and final speed is recognizably improved along with less fuel consumption, if same driving conditions are assumed. Overall the engine is more vital and powerful. In the control unit are also maps programmed to direct the fuel injection depending upon load and engine speed, and those provide a better solution for the car’s reserved and unsettled troubleshootings, which doesn’t affect other functions or original settings at all.
