Henan Pinzheng Food Co.，Ltd is a modern enterprise specialized in producing seasoning. It is a collection of thermal reaction of essence and spice, food ingredients’ research and development, production as well as sales. Founded in 1996, now the company has more than 300 employees, with over 10 seasoning professionals. with 5 million yuan registered capital and an area of more than 30,000 square meter, Pinzheng has developed a capacity of producing 16 big series, more than 100 varieties of products. In 2001, Pinzheng became the member company of China Food Additive and Ingredients Association, and now the director of the Association. Pinzheng was also awarded "Top 100 Township Enterprise" by Jiaozuo city government. Two years later, we entered "Top 100 Enterprises" of the food additive and food ingredients industry. In 2005, we got the title “The Advanced Quality Management Enterprise of Henan", "Pinzheng products" was elected by Henan provincial people's government and the food industry association as "famous brand of instant noodles products industry in Henan ".
Zhang Delin, the chairman, was born on October 29, 1957. He graduated from Tsinghua University as a bachelor major in advanced economic management. From 1985, Mr. Zhang had been the manager of technology department of Yellow River Food Factory and the vice-president of the development department of Hebei Hualong Corporation. Now he is the chairman and general manager of Henan Pinzheng Food Ltd, director of Chinese Food Additive and Food Industry Association, vice-chairman of Henan Instant Noodle Association, director of the World Noodle Association of Chinese Branch and executive director of the Food Science and Technology Seasoning Committee of China.
