Thinner solvent recycler:
thinner solvent recycler are distillers which allow the recycling and the re-use of degreasing and washing solvents.Through a simple distillation process, they separate the contaminants (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, oils, etc.) from the original solvent.The boiling of the solvent is accomplished by a peripheral heating jacket filled with diathermic oil, heated by an electrical element.
The vapours are then convoyed to a condenser cooled by air or water. The condensed solvent is collected in a tank, for its reuse.
Thinner solvent recycler is suitable for recovery of organic solvents used for cleaning from waste solution such as waste solution resulting from spray gun cleaning industry, trichlorethylene solution for cleaning electronic products, toluene solvent, optical lens cleaning IPA, ethanol, banana oil used in printing industry etc.
Functioning:
The solvent to be reclaimed is poured into the(Solvent recovery Systems)Stainless steel tank 304 and brought to a boil. The vapours (volatile share), separated from the polluting substances, like ink, paint, grease, pigments, resin (non-volatile share), pass through the cooling battery, where they are condensed. Finally they flow down into the collecting tank. The residuals inside the tank can be removed through the discharge valve placed on the bottom of the tank or by using the special distillation bags, which enable an easier tank cleaning

Set temperature shutdown function. Through Shutdown temperature controller rotary knob, set the temperature as a shutdown temperature. After recovery is completed, solvent vapor inside the steam pipe is gradually reduced, steam thermometer scale decreases gradually, triggering off the system, the machine will automatically be closed.
Timing shutdown function. Preset the machine recovery time, the machine switches to the default duration for an automatic shutdown with this feature, it can shorten the recovery time appropriately and ensure that the recovery is complete with recovery tank reserving small solution to make liquid-like residue for convenient cleaning. It’s effective to check burning and explosion.
Over heating protection function. Preset the maximum heating temperature, when the heat transfer oil temperature reaches a pre-set maximum temperature, high temperature protection red light shows, the heater stops heating. This feature ensures that the machine set at a set temperature range of safe operation, to effectively prevent the heating temperature is too high.
Over pressure protection In the event of pipe blockage, the steam will not be discharged through the steam pipe, the tank pressure will rise, more than outside pressure by 0.38Bar, the pressure relief valve on the tank will automatically open, ensuring the safety of equipment and operations.
Power failure protection function. When there’s a sudden power outage during operation, the machine activates power failure protection system and automatically shuts down. When power is restored, the power indicator will light, but the machine won’t not run. For the machine to work, it is required to manually start the machine again.
