The filling and sealing machine can automatically fill and seal both plastic and aluminum-plastic tubes! Filling and sealing machine is applicable for various types of aluminum plastic and plastic tubes which can automatically fill, seal, stamp batch numbers, and exit tubes. It is widely used in the industrial od daily cosmetic,medicines, food and so on. It will not damage the surface tissue of soft tubes, high speed, high efficiency and sealed end is firm and good-looking. Stainless steel material is adopted for the parts contacting with stuffs to ensure erosion from acid and alkali. All the conduits adopt the method of quick bar clasp, which is convenient, quick, and handy to load and unload. Stuff valve is eay to rinse thoroughly by using rotary valve, which adopts accuracy cam insexing mechanism with precise and smooth positioning. The user can adjust speed with the frequency conversion type speed control to the rotating enging. Airproof charging hopper, heating hopper, auto charging, can be equipped as demanded. BTGF-50B adopts inner heating,by using LEISTER AIR-HEATING MPORTED FROM SWITZERLAND. iT IS APPLICABLE TO SEAL PLASTIC TUBES.
