Featuring a sleek, streamlined design, the Toshiba Qosmio G35-AV660 notebook PC provides you a powerful media center that you can take anywhere. It features a dazzlingly 17-inch Ultimate TruBrite widescreen display with a stunning 1920 x 1200 resolution and true 1080p high-definition format. The HDMI connection support up to 1080i-resolution HDTV and 5-channel surround sound via a single cable. Hard Drive: This notebook has a unique hard drive array for a notebook--two separate 120 GB (5400 RPM) hard drives for a total storage capacity of 240 GB. The G35-AV660 includes the world's first 1-bit digital amplifier in a notebook PC--usually found in high-end audio systems. The Dolby Home Theater audio processing delivers a richer, more engaging surround sound experience from stereo and multi-channel audio sources through headphone, built-in Harman Kardon bass reflex stereo speakers, or external 5.1-channel speaker systems. With the QosmioPlayer software, you can use the G35-AV660 like a stand-alone TV, stereo or DVD player, accessing those functions with a quick touch of a button on the laptop without booting up the Windows operating system. You can also pause live TV for 1 to 5 hours (depending on the level of video quality selected).
