Product Name: Insoluble Sulfur IS-series IS-HS Series(highly thermal stability ) Brief Introduction: Insoluble sulfur is a non-toxic, inflammable yellow powder, it is allotrope of common sulfur, it is linear polymer molecular polymerized by a large number of sulfur atoms .Insoluble sulfur do not dissolve in dioxide sulfur and other solvents , do not dissolve in rubber, so it is called insoluble sulfur or polymeric sulfur and chemical name is polymer sulfur, short name is IS. At present, most of the insoluble sulfur used in rubber industry. Insoluble sulfur is a new rubber vulcanizing agent. It forms IS-series oil - treated and non oil-treated products. It is used as the best vulcanizing agent for rubber. For it can overcome much ordinary sulfur's shortcomings, besides improve the quality of the rubber product. We are able to offer all types of superior insoluble sulfur, such as IS-HS8010, IS-HS7520, IS-HS7020, IS-HS6033; IS60, IS90 and so on. Product advantage: a) No blooming during the storage of rubber,keeping the performance of rubber composition to avoid bad adhesion to rubber due to the blooming phenomenon,Pollution between rubber and die is thus prevented. b) No transfer in an adjacent adhesive layer,keeping the surface of rubber for adhesive molding. c) A reduction of sulfur by shortening curing time for improvement of ageing property of rubber products. d) A reduction of sulfur by shortening curing time for improvement of ageing property of rubber products. e) Strengthening of adhesion rubber to other materials f) IS-HS Series have high heat stability and reversion resistance to ordinary sulfur at the processing temperature.Safety in rubber mixing at a high temperature is increased . Pakage and storage: The product packed in PP plastic knitting bag ,lined with PE plastic bag.They shoule keep in vent and dry place in indoor temperature.The temperature cann't surpass 40 ,pay attention to fire prevention ,heat prevention ,dampproof, don't press to form lump.They can't be placed with basic,amine materials .The quality guarantee time is half a year.
