Product Instruction:
Based on the foundation of solid sheet production technology, polycarbonate frosted solid sheet is to change parts of tooling and processes, and make the physics change on product surface formation to achieve performance of optical and visual, sensory changes. This sheet's capability is consistent with the solid sheet, but difference is the apperance of morphological and optical properties. Light through its own tiny sand surface convex-concave shape, density and size so that illegible effect will be achieved. Both of the polycarbonate frosting sheet and solid sheet have the similar applicable scope. The formaer one is more suitable for low transparent place such as private room glass, shower room, the soleplate of the advertising light box and the places which require for little lighting.

Solid sheet characters:
1. Impact resistance: Performance for impact resistance is 100 times of Acrylic plate, 250times of common glass, having named for "tranparent steel" which can also be used as bullet-proof glassy by certain thichness sheet.
2. Light transmission: up to 88%, nearly to glass which is good lighting material.
3. Heat and cold resistance: temperature resistance is -40ºC-120ºC
4. fire proof: The burning point is 630ºC and it will be self-extinguishing away the fir.
Sound insulation: higher 3~4Db than glass,. The thickness up to 6mm will reduce 29Db.
5. Anti-UV. Can effectively prevent UV ray against transmitting, depth for UV ray's tranmitting through the solid sheet is only 0.8-1.2mm.
