Shandong Jialong Petroleum Pipe Manufacture Co., Ltd is located in the biggest base of steel pipe market -Liaocheng city Shandong province China . The company enjoys a convenient traffic and communication, with 4 km from Beijing-Kowloon line and 3 km from Jinan-Liaocheng highway entrance and exit. It is one of the biggest hi-tech enterprises and key steel pipe manufacturers in Shandong province and occupies 86,580 square meters with registered capital of USD 7.5 million. Its annual production capacity is 400,000 metric tons of seamless steel pipes and sales amount to USD 296 million.
At present, the company has three sets of production lines with hot-rolled technology and relating quality control systems. We introduce auto-control Φ12m annular heating furnaces, INNSE 170 high stable piercing mills, A-R rolling mills and so on, which guarantees the high-quality and high-efficiency of the products fundamentally. Meanwhile, we have realized “zero-pollution produce” and “rationalized to utilize energy”. The company has been approved by ISO 9001 quality system authentication and American Petroleum Institute API Spec-5L and API Spec-5CT certificate, and owns independent import and export qualification.
