Located in FOSHAN city, central area of GUANGZHOU-FOSHAN, our company is near HONGKONG and MACAU. As the top brand of the group—FLORENZE, we have 500,000 SQM workshop and warehouse. Equipped Italy SACMI 7200 TONS press machines, we own 15 world first class production lines for wall and floor tiles and 2 production lines for sanitary wares. Our production range from polished porcelain tiles, glazed ceramic wall and floor tiles, rustic tiles and sanitary wares etc.
Human resources is another strength of FLORENZE. Our company is always practicing the discipline for human resource: select persons via optimized system; train persons via practice chance; lead persons to success by executed career. Our company is in possession of one powerful scientific research team. All the members of this team have at least an Bachelor degree, among them, ten possesses of doctor degree, and 22 master degree.
Meanwhile, we takes an extreme importance on employees' training. We train employees in many professional skills and also synthesized knowledge every year. In the process of production, "6S" interior controller standard is strictly complied by our employees. To realize this "6S" interior controller standard, we take a series of measure below: the first: the head of department should take charge of this department; the second: In order to have one strict quality controller system, we establish quality management department and QC; the third, product controller standard is completed: all non-qualified semi finished products will be put out of the next procedure. All non-qualified products should not enter into account of our stock of warehouse.
