Air Intake Filter, Spray Booth Pre filter Features: Air intake filter is economical, environment-friendly and user-friendly. Air intake filter series is mainly used as general pre filtration in purification systems. This pre filter is the common filter media to filter the particles and suspended particulates which are ≥5μm. The filter efficiency is 40%, 65%, 80%, 90% at 5μm and conformed to EN779 standard G1, G2, G3 and G4. This filter media is made from synthetic thermo bonded fibers with PET and PP. Conditions of Usage: Temperature: -10-120 ℃; Humidity: ≤80%; Filtering the slightly acidic or alkaline air. Ways of Usage The pre filter media can be cut and installed according to the air outlet size. And the filter media can be made into the panel filters, pleated filters, and pocket filters for using. After the treatment of water-proof, the pre filter media can be washable. With single pasted net and paper cube roll, the pre filter rolls can be used in the auto-roll filter unit. Operating Life At the condition of rated air velocity, pre filter media can be used for 1 to 2 months. When the pressure on the filter media has been up to 200Pa, the pre filter media should be replaced. If the filter media is washable, the replaced filter pad can be washed by clean water or neutral detergent. After being dried, the filter media can be installed again. When the filter media has been washed for two times, the filter media should be replaced. After being washed for one time, the filter efficiency will be reduced by 15%. If the density of the dust in the environment is very high, the working life of the filter media will be decreased. Applications: This pre filter media is widely used in various industries: such as coating industry, electroplating industry, surface treatment, waste gas treatment, building ventilation, pollution prevention and controlling, public building, air conditioning industry, household appliance industry, automobile industry, motorcycle manufacturing, electronics, timepiece industry, pharmaceutical factory, food industry, packing supplies, furniture industry, decoration engineering etc. with wide range of usage. General specification: The width is 1 m or 2m. Customized specification is available upon request. The thickness is 5mm to 50mm. Filter media can be glued, colored or pasted net.
