Detailed Description
● Summary: 1800 series is a high-molecular aliphatic polyester polyurethane adhesive. It has the excellent resistance to freeze and coldness. When it is placed in the frigid area, it will not become dense or even solidified. Its characteristic is quite superior to other polyurethane adhesive. Owing to the outstanding properties, it is the best adhesive for the shoes making industry. ● Characteristics: 1.Milk white appearance, transparent film after drying. It is suitable for white or light color shoes. 2.Fast drying and excellent initial adhesion. No dragging silk after bonding. 3.Excellent heat-resistant ability: adhesive will not spall when temperature are high. 4.Excellent freeze-thaw ability: adhesive will not freeze when it is stored or transported at -20℃. 5.Since viscosity is high, it required a little adhesive for many pairs of shoes. Cost of adhesive is down. 6.Drying at room temperature, longer retention time. 7.Non-yellowing on exposure to UV light; good adhesion for EVA and cloth. It is suitable to use in shoes insoles molding. 8.After adding hardener, it will increase pot life. 9.Stable to store it; no precipitation when time goes by; adhesive will not degenerate. ● Directions: To add 3 ~ 5 % of hardener by weight can increase the resistance to heat, and improve the adhesion strength. ● Application: It has excellent bonding strength for PVC, PU leather, injection sole of PVC, PU, EVA, TPR, etc.
