Shandong Shenghua Industry Co., Ltd. is located in the prime site of Jining High-tech Zone, adjacent to Taishan Mountain in the north, cultural Qufu in the east, epic Liangshan Mountain in the west and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal in the south. This district is good for investment as it is of easy access, powerful economic base, as well as unblocked government decrees and simple and honest people. Established in 2002 and staffed with more than 1, 000 employees. With four subsidiaries, it involves in manufacturing, trade, service, agriculture and forestry, main products including monosodium glutamate, chicken essence and various compound condiments. Now the company has three modern monosodium glutamate production lines, two small packing workshops, one chicken essence line and one compound condiment line. The annual yield is 120, 000 ton monosodium glutamate and 10, 000 ton chicken essence, realizing an output value of RMB1.2 billion and profit and tax of RMB150 million.
As a quickly rising brand, Shenghua, successful relying on the combination of integrity, quality, creativity, faith, talents and concept, has formed a series of complete management systems, including reward and penalty system on safety production, employee reasonable suggestion system, corporate internal management system, performance appraisal system, etc. Besides, depending on research colleges and institutes in Beijing and Tianjin, it has independently shaped a complete set of product research and development system in innovation, while building up an Aseptic Lab in Quality Inspection and Quarantine Center to ensure product quality.

The domestic sales network is divided into 4 levels and 8 areas which have more than 30 subsidiaries. The subsidiaries have 1,018 class-A distributors and agents with 3,580 sales outlets. Among those, there are 50 affiliated companies, 118 cooperative companies and 850 agents with 11,500 salesmen, covering 1.205 million km2 with a population of 30 million.
The international sales network spreads worldwide and the products, quite popular overseas, are exported to East Asia, Southeast Asia, West Asia as well as Europe and America, etc.
Over years of efforts, Shenghua Group has grown up into the fresh force of China’s food industry. It has won the titles of “the Sixth Customer-satisfied Unit in Shandong”, “the Seventh Customer-satisfied Unit in Shandong”, “the Second Food Safety Integrity Unit”, “Contract-honoring and Promise-keeping Enterprise”, “Key Enterprise of Developing Economy”, “Qualified Unit of Monosodium Glutamate” as well as “Excellent Private Enterprise” and “Pillar Enterprise” by Jining, “Municipal Key Leading Enterprise in Agriculture Industrialization” by Jining Municipal Committee. In the large commonweal election contest of the Second China Top 10 Competitive Brands, “Shenghua” was elected as China Top 10 Competitive Condiment (Monosodium Glutamate) Brands and Tang Shuhua, the chairman, was elected as Ten Creative Enterprisers of “the 60th Anniversary of Nation-founding”.
