About Us
Located in Wuxi, Yusheng is a prolonged leader in the design and manufacture of innovative fancy yarn solutions for a wide variety of customers. Our R&D team continues to pioneer technology advances in fancy yarn solutions. At present our monthly capacity is over 150 metric tons. We are expanding our capacity by building more factories and installing cost effective equipment to make a practical solution for more customers around the world.
Our products are mainly traditional crochet, twisting, chenille and hollow yarns with styles as feather, eyelash, spun, iceland, boucle, wave(or TT ), piled yarns or so, made from acrylic, polyester, nylon, spandex, wool, Mohair, Lurex, Modal, etc. Furthermore, increasing demand for green and healthy materials for carpets, scarves, clothing, etc. is becoming more and more popular. At Yusheng, we are now developing yarns of new materials as fibre from soybean, Bamboo, Modal, etc. and wool as Alpaca, Cashmere, etc. With our fancy yarns customers are becoming beautifully healthy as time goes by.

Our product line has all kinds of fancy yarn solutions that not only keep pace with global needs, but anticipate them as well. Our commitment to meet the demands of our customers has guided us to design better fancy yarns with not only traditional raw materials but also new fibre found recently. State-of-the-Art Quality Control Process

At Yusheng every quality control officer is given ownership of individual production processes to ensure responsible management, and Standard Operating Procedures are strictly adhered to and a key focus of each supervisor. Our Quality control officers follow a quick response action plan for identifying and eradicating trouble spots, and director level management is notified of all quality/production issues. At each level of quality control there is a redundant series of inspections by multiple qualified QC professionals ensuring that each product meets our expectations of quality.
