Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Tongda Agro-Chemical Technology Co., Ltd was established through the combination & assets-reconstrution of Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Agro-Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Chemical Co., Ltd. in December 2007. It is a subordinate enterprise of Fuhua Agricultural Technology investment Group with a registered capital of 90 million RMB. The company is the only one Glyphosate Technical manufacturer with large scale in southwest China, and was appointed by National Development and Reform Commission as designated manufacturer of Glyphosate Technical. In 2007, it was in the list of key enterprises in the'668' project of 'Eleventh Five-Year Development Guidelines' of Leshan city.
By June, 2008, Fuhua Tongda Agro-Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. own production capacity of Glyphosate Technical 20, 000ton/year and Chlor-Alkali 15, 000ton/year. Now the Company has 900 employees, of which, 121 are technicians and management staff.
During the period of 'Eleventh Five-year Plan', company developing objective has been set up as 'basing on Chlor-Alkali, sticking to Glyphosate production and Organic Silicon development, adopting high-tech, refined, sustainable developing and recycling economy model ', and has formulated the construction programme of recycling economy zone. The first project was started in September of 2006 with investment of 300 million RMB, and the production line went into full operation in September of 2007. Current capacity of the company has reached to 20, 000tons per year. And the second expansion project which invested 1 billion RMB has started construction in March 2008, and after the completion of the expansion project, the total capacity of Fuhua will reach 70, 000 tons per year.
