Wuhan Sunz Mould Co., Ltd. is a professional mould manufacturer, which mainly specializes in designing and manufacturing large and medium-sized plastic injection moulds and zinc & aluminum alloy casting moulds. Sunz is equipped with advanced and sophisticated facilities including CNC, EDM, W-EDM and Hole-Drilling-EDM. There are 6 talented technicians with more than 10 years’ experience in mould making as well as professional qualified staffs.

Plastic mould and die-casting mould-----auto parts like doorknobs, rearview mirrors, instrument panels, seats; a complete set of plastic parts molds for electrocars and motors;pipe fittings molds for water supply and drainge and daily use injection molds as well as die-casting molds etc. With effective management and years of rich experience in modeling, Sunz has obtained great achievement in mould design and manufacture
- More than 500 sets of moulds for making doorknobs, which are used for about 100 different brands of automobiles;
- More than 200 sets of moulds for making rearview mirrors, which are used forabout 20 different brands of automobiles;
- More than 100 sets of moulds for making instrument panels, which are used for more than 20 different brands of automobiles;
- 60 sets of moulds for making seats, which are used for 5 different types of automobiles;
- About 200 sets of moulds for making spare parts, which are used for 3 different types of motorbikes and electric-bikes;
- More than 200 sets of moulds for making plumbing facilities, includes PE, PVC, PPR, PP;
- More than 400 sets of moulds for making daily necessities, includes crispers, dustbins, packing boxes.
