GG Series fixed-length pipe cutting machine is specially designed for cutting pipe with fixed length. This model is easy for operation, high work efficiency and high precision of cutting, and could cut the bevel at the same time. It makes the operation of cutting pipe with fixed length possible, and provides effective guarantee to realize high efficiency with low cost for the company. The machine is widely applied to ship-building, boilers, steel structure, petrochemical and other industries in pipe cutting with fixed length. The machine is mainly consisted of the machine arm system, height control system, drivers, roller frame, supporting device, rail guide, air system, control cabinet, operation table, and other parts. Two sets of Standard units of flame oxygen & gas cutting system could be provided to cut low carbon steel pipe; Or plasma cutting power could be provided to cut carbon steel, stainless steel pipe, non-ferrous metal pipe, and thin-walled tube, etc. according to customers’ request. ●The controlling operation plate is used to control the cutting of fixed length of steel pipe; ●Inputting the fixed-length; displaying the image on the screen; ●The up-down cutting torch moving axis, vertical left-right moving axis, and the workpiece rotation axis. The vertical axis movement can be controlled by the servo-driven control system to ensure a more precise positioning; ●Cut the pipe and the bevel at the same time; ●With security anti-collision protection devices and limit switch; ●Emergency stop switch is designed at the controlling box; ●Dust-proof partition is designed between the supported table and running rail; ●Dealt by imported Lubricating oil; ●Chain is used for transmission of gas, electricity.
