Detailed Description

CNC precision cutting machine is newly developed on based of CNCTG series of CNC cutting machine, which is higher speed and more compact than CNCTG. This model is very suitable for plasma and laser type cutting modes. It’s consisted of controlling system, cutting torch, the frame, double side planes and beams. Both the vertical and horizontal movements are guided by precision ball-type linear guide, which is well precision-oriented. The frame is designed as a whole structure, with welded box as the beam, which is equipped with horizontally drive device and cutting torch horizontal moveable ball-type linear guide. Dual side driven machine has a pair of identical vertical drive unit, to drive the precision output gear through the Servo Motor at the end installed on the precision rack shelves, so that the machine could run steadily with high accuracy. The horizontal movements of the main torch, is driven by the precision rack gear. Geometrical shape could be cut by the computer-controlled system at customers’ request. This machine is particularly applicable to the high-speed cutting of middle thick and thin non-ferrous metal plate, stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel sheet.
