Our company, Shandong Kaitai Industrial Technologies Co., Ltd. has its own factory which is one of the largest metal abrasive manufacturers in China that integrates R&D with production. Ever since our factory established, we have been cooperating with Material Science and Engineering Institute of Shandong University, with the join of more and more abrasive professors and experts, we finally developed 3 series and 50 kinds of abrasive products with an annual output of 100000MT and a fixed assets of 10 million USD. Yearly turnover annual output 42 million USD.
The factory takes an area of 100000 square meters and is located in Phoenix Economic Zone, which is the famous domestic metal abrasive base. It is only 52km to the capital city Jinan of Shandong Province and 7km to the exit of Jinan to Qingdao Highway.

Our company is backed by the first class tech research and advanced equipments. Using double frequency electric power induction furnace, through the main processes of centrifugal atomizing, second-quenching, tempering, spiraling, and screening, Kaitai steel shot and steel grit come out with high strength and long durability. In order to meet SAE and ISO Standard, we have brought in the USA EVRIN life testing machine and the Germany SPECTRO direct-reading analyzer to control the quality. Our company has gained ISO9001:2000 Certificate and the honor of Hi-tech enterprise of Shandong province.
