Xin Da Xin plastic product factory was established in 1992, it has been devoted to plastic production. As the factory continued to develop, it was formally registered to form Xin Da Xin Plastics Hardware Industry Co. Ltd in 2004. The company is a mainland individual venture exclusively with one own investment, professionally manufacturing different kinds of plastic furniture parts, casters and household goods. It presently owns over 400 workers. The annual production capacity reaches 300 million pieces of plastic furniture.
The company covers over 10,000 square meters. The entire plant workshop construction is self-financing over the years. The company owns more than 30 sets of advanced injection molding machines and complete sets of mold development department, with injection molding shop, assembly shop, hardware shop, mold shop, smoke shop and so forth. The casters the company produces have passed the U.S. SGS quality certification. With the company continued research and development, design, manufacture, marketing of household products, the environmentally-friendly ones that the company develops have been gradually accepted by many of the domestic and international buyers. A few years before this household products made of steel had dominated the market, yet Xin Da Xin Company has made use of reasonable science to put fiber-glass (FRP) in use, design and research, and apply it on household products. The revolutionary act that FRP replaces steel goods has caused a great sensation. Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regional markets are involved in the sale of these products, such as FRP garment racks and shoe racks.
