Detailed Description
It is "low-calorie sweetener" which is 30-50 times as sweet as sucrose. Its' Chemical name is known as Sodium cyclohexylsufamate. The Chemical formular is C6H11 NHS30Na. It is white flake crystal or crystalline powder is freely soluble in water.
Sodium Cyclamate is approved by the European Directive 94/35/EC and its European number is E952.
Introduction:
It is approved use as low-calorie sweetener by British, French, Germany National Health Department.
Its feature is non-toxic, safety than Saccharine as used.
It would never accumulate in human body and no harm effect if consistent consumption of Cyclamate product.
Contains zero calories & do not consist with blood sugar.
Use in cold drinks, especially for fruit juices & soft drinks.
Massly used in canning, bottling, fruit processing manufactures.
Also good for use in barbecue food, fish balls, vinegar manufactures.
Besides of foods manufactures, it would be used in pharmaceuticals, toothpastes, cosmetic manufactures and family cooking as well.
Highly pure grade is 30-50 times as sweet as sucrose.

Application:
Use in dissolving in water by ratio of 1:500 would obtain sufficient sweeteness.
If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with sucrose, its sweeteness would be enhanced to 80 times.
If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with sucrose, 0.3% organic acid (Citric Acid), its sweetness would be enhanced 100 times.
If Sodium Cyclamate is used in mixture with sucrose, 0.3% organic acid and 10% saccharine, its sweetness would be enhanced 150 times.
If Sodium Cyclamate is used only, its sweeteness is 30-50 times as sucrose.
