High Precision Air Pressure Regulator T100 High Precision Air Pressure Regulator: T100 is a very higy precision pressure regulator,Pressure stability is achieved by a high performance servo-operated control mechanism utilized in the regulator and the pressure supplied to the pneumatic servo amplifier is reduced and held constant. A stainless steel measuring capsule is used as a sensing element to activate the high gain servo balanced control mechanism in which the main valve is controlled by a pilot valve.This allows for greater accuracy and eliminates many of the problems associated with conventional regulators using range springs and diaphragms. Feature: Accurate Pressure Regulation: Control output Pressure to within 0.5% accuracy,regulated pressure variation as small as 0.06kPa is self corrected. Satable Output: Substantial changes in flow have virtually no effect on regulated pressure within 12 SCFM. Dependable Startup: Retuns the regulated pressure to its original output setting even after long “down time”. Temperature stability: A stainless steel measuring capsule which activates the servo control,no effects on regulated pressure in wide vaviations operating temperature. Feature Data Exhaust Capacity: 5 psig (35kPa) above 20 psig (140 kPa) setpoint,Type100HR - 10 SCFM (17.0 m3/hr.) (High Relief).
