Detailed Description
After passing the drier, the powders which are intermingled bond (Sodium Silicate), are pressed high pressure molding by 50 tons forcing press. Then transported by the net belt conveyor, they pass tunnel drying kiln to process. The pellet has higher pressive strength, drying and well-distributed, and product quality is stable. It completely complies with a standard of entering smelting furnace, and is the most ideal of blast furnace lining protection materials at the present time. After a dozen academies researching, and the practical applications during more than 30 iron and steel companies, prove that it can prolong furnace life-span 3-5 years by protecting furnace technology using titanium materials. It increases the yield of molten iron, and obviously improves strength of cast pig iron. (The tensile strength of cast pig iron containing titanium increased by 10-20Mpa than cast pig iron without titanium.) Using method: 1. Addition method of Cold-bounded high-titanium bearing pellets: going into furnace with charging materials. 2. Addition quantity: The reducibility of titanium increases with the quantity of titanium dioxide joining and the temperature raising. During the condition of constant temperature in furnace, the content of Ti in cast iron is closely related to the amount of TiO2 joining. Therefore, according to the need of protecting blast furnace, it is controlling titanium-pellet dosage as unit of TiO2 iron joining furnace.
