Low Emissivity Coated Glass (Also Called Low-E Glass) Is Made By Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering Coating Device To Form Metal Or Compound Films On The Glass Surface. The Coatings Have Complex Structure, So The Coating Machine Should Have Very Strong Production Capacity And High Technical Control Precision.
The glass in your windows absorbs heat from your home and then radiates out through the colder,outside surface. Low emissive glass has a microscopic, metallic oxide coating which can greatly reduce the thermal insulation of glazing. It allows short wave energy from the sun to pass into your room, just as normal glass does. However, the special coating reflects long wave radiation from internal heat sources, such as fires and radiators,back into the. As a result, up to 40% energy can be saved compared to standard double glazing.This means lower heating bills,as you can turn down thermostats by oneor two degrees and still feel just as comfortable.
