Detailed Description
The production line is composed of infeed transfer table unit,rotating loading unit,feeding conveyor unit,marking unit,two drilling units,outfeed conveyor unit,hydraulic system and electric control system etc. CNC controlled servo infeeding unit Workpiece feeding is driven by a servo-motor. Closed loop control system is composed of servo and incremental encoder,ensuring higher precision of longitudinal positioning,The carriage would stop automatically in case the bar should meet a hindrance during its feed. Drilling unit Both sides in the drilling unit equipped with drilling head which can be fixed with three drills of different diameters simultaneously.It can improve the utility ratio of drills by using lengthened bit extension. Drilling heads can ralize CNC movement for change of drilling stadia. Holes on both sides can be drilled simultaneously when longitudinal position of two holes is same and the bits are same too.The drilling spindle equipped with waterpoof device to keep it from being rusted by cutting agent. Marking unit Four programmable character containers on the marking unit can be selected.Longitudinal marking position can be preset by programming,and stadia can be adjusted manually. Hydraulic system Hydraulic system provides power for marking,pressing of workpiece,drilling feed. All main components are famous brand from abroad,Cooling system with automatic circling is adopted to prolong the life of drills Electric control system Three axes CNC system ensure eact positioning,the rotation speeds of drilling spindles are stepless adjusted by frequency converter,and the feeding speeds are stepless adjusted by flow control valves. Workpiece program can be inputted manually,also can be created by lofting software automatically and then transmitted through USB or network,simulant workpiece graphics can be displayed in order to make program checking more conveniently. Manufacturing process can be monitored in real-tim,including data of process,status of external switches,and the indication of malfunction diagnosing is perfect.
