Detailed Description

3times pulsation pre-vacuum up to -0.85bar,evacuate the air completely with full vacuum condition. The steam can pass through all the fabrics, hollow equipment, and package materials, which is a great essence for the sterilization. Pulsation vacuum drying system equipped with double series vacuum pump and the moisture retention after drying stage as low as 0.2%. Separate steam generator makes the equipment safer and the sterilizing process faster. The program adopts modularized design with ARM 7 CPU processor for industrial level. The built-in operation system provide usb port for advanced function such as read and write function, and printers. The whole system is stable and reliable. Combined with steam compensation sterilization technic enables the sterilizing temperature reaches 134℃ Program preset menu with LCD display and all the process can be controlled on the screen. 8progams for different materials, 2 test programs,1 sanguinary program.
