If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our main London,Canada or Washington USA warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse. Orders over $100 require signature from the customer.

RETURN POLICY

Returned products must include all original accessories, manuals, software, and packaging materials.
Refunds:
1. If the product is defective and you opt for a refund, we will issue a full refund for the purchase.
2. If you wish to return the item for any other reason, we will issue a refund less Shipping &Handling costs.
3. Product must be returned with all original accessories and packaging materials and show no signs of use
