2004, Shenzhen Yaxin Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established.
2005, HongKong Yaxin Electrical Appliance Limited was created.
2006, Shanghai Branch was set up.
2007, Yaxin Manufacturing America Corp. was formed.
2008, KASwing created.
